i am looking to make a withdrawal but their website has messed up.

i get an email from supprt@betway, and you reply but you get an automated email saying this email address isn't monitored.

you try call them and the phone says "due to cov ID 19, phone lines are limited, goodbye"

i had supposed chat open for 6 hours the other day to go from position 30 to position 6 before i had to leave

their website says to go to use the live chat, i click that, it's all automated and you can only ask predefined questions, and the auto bot cuts you off and before you can even read their final reply, it closes the chat.

i can't find another way to contact them. what can i do?

In the chat box, if you type Agent or Sales Agent it sometimes connects you straight to a person.

I do this when the automated chat system goes around in loops for other websites.

why is it messed up have they locked the account ?

they asked for my account details so that i could get the withdrawal done by bank trans, but they asked more questions than needed so i left them blank. it seems to have an issue. their system says it was paid, but also that it wasn't, and emails i get saying there's a fault. i can't do anything with the money. account is fine and not locked or anything.

the questions on the chat are like:

withdrawal query - wheres my money - "it was paid, goodbye"

new account i won over 8k on parimatch around 2 years ago off a £50 treble paid out no issues.

around 2 months later won around 1.6k on skybet took me around 2 months to get it out of them even though i had been with them for around 10 years.

they can be shocking.

stunned if i see my money from a legit website? why do you say that

Legit website, but they, and any bookie, takes a dim view of new accounts winning right away.

Standard practice from most bookies to ban/suspend accounts and not pay out without a massive fight.

You will get the standard "management decision" to close your account and not pay as they suspect you of dodgy dealings etc (even though you haven't done anything wrong)

What was your bet/how did you win??

£0. i put a betslip of £500, they said to do the bet i have to deposit, so i deposit. it then says haha the max bet for this is £173. so i bet the £173 and tried to withdraw the rest to put on another site. and then that's where the issues happened.

So brand new account, trying to bet £500, you then instantly get restricted (i.e they only let you bet £173) - Your account is 100% suspended at the moment.

For a bookie this screams a "hit and run".

They will likely required ID/bank statements and more information not just from a Money Landering point of view but an affordability point of view.

Did the £173 bet get taken? Did it win or loose?
