Someone with a Dell 2405 Monitor near Surrey?

Hope this is allowed but I am interested in this monitor but want to see it in the flesh. So I was wondering if there is someone near Surrey that has this monitor but also plays games like BF2, Farcry, COD2 etc so that I could come have a look?

Its just its a lot of money to shell out to find out I don't like it.
 
You do know that you could buy one and exhange it within 7 days if you don't like it, no questions asked. - [distance selling act]

I'm sure OcUK would refund you or simply change it for another monitor if you didn't want the refund / were unhappy.
 
it's tricky to rely on the distance selling regulations though, not always easy to get this arranged with a supplier, and then there's all kinds of worries about having to pay to post it back (not cheap for something as heavy as the 2405FPW!) and a potential restocking fee (which some places will try and charge you for)
 
Indeed I am unfortunetly going to have to get the 2405 from another etailer or second hand. Thus I am not totally sure on there return policy, but I am betting on them wanting me to post the thing back and I really hate to think how much thats gonna cost :eek:. So would rather try and see the thing working know I want it and then get it. But looking at the response here lol looks like I may have to take the plunge anyway :(

Anyway gonna just wait for the 2407 cos u never know whats gonna happen, as the price of these might be in my budget or if its not then the 2405 might come down in price or a lot more of them might be comming on the MM.
 
If you dont want it they should refund you your return postage costs.

Or.. just drop it and say its broke ;)
