Someone with same Spec,help please

Hi all,
Been looking at all bios settings and was wondering if some with same spec or similar could send me pics of the bios settings,for me to try.
I feel that the cpu is being held back,as only getting 1fps on cpu test in 3dmark06.

1fps? That's actually quite good. I think the most absolutely mental quad-cores are doing 2fps.

There's alotta people agreeing that the CPU tests aren't accurate anyway, as they concentrate on graphic processing rather than physics, etc... And in reality you CPU will only really be used for physics and ai etc. So I wouldn't worry about it The real test is whether it can run your favorite games well eh
