Someone's using my photo. What to write to them?

Just seen that one of my Flickr photos is being used on a 'Thailand hotels & resorts booking' website.

Website doesn't actually look like you can book anything directly but seems to refer to other websites.

It says first posted April 22nd 2011 but this is the first time it's come through referrals on the Flickr viewed page.

The photo is actually linked straight to the Flickr photo page.

Not sure what to say to them?

take a screenshot and then send them an invoice for usage rights dating back to the time it was first used.

Be polite but firm.

Change the photo to a screeny of an invoice.

That wouldn't work with Flickr.

Unfortunately not, it creates a new url when you re upload/replace an mage.

I am pretty certain though you can edit the photos while already uploaded to flickr with Picnik and put text all over it without having to change url

Just change the privacy setting on the photo so they can't link to it.
