Excellent use of the picture.

Does the artist get a royalty for every unit sold?:D

I knew this question was going to appear and the original competition T&C's had the rule.

- By entering this competition Overclockers UK have the right to use, modify and distribute the designs posted in this thread.

We are offering the designer a free mat though :)

These are really nice quality, it is not the usual cheap print on designs that you find. It is very similar to the Steelseries QcK series of mousepads. :)

Get out of my thread. :p;) However, you are correct 5UB, as you know I asked my manufacturer to make the product based on the QcK from Steelseries.

The four samples we received are good, I'm using one on my PC at work, Andrew Moore is using another and the other two have been stolen by someone else in the company ;)

No, they are not shiny, they are similar to the Steelseries QcK material.

I could have got cheaper, inferior quality mouse pads produced, but I'd prefer for more expensive, better quality material to ensure they are great for gaming and regular PC usage.

They are soft cloth mats with a rubber base, not like those crappy plastic mats with a cheap cloth cover over it.

and your point is exactly? oh it's a cloth mat with a rubber base, now I see  500 micron of cloth on a 4mm rubber base, how foolish of me to assume it was a rubber based cloth mat and for the "great" price of just under £10

Sorry what mouse pad do you have? Did it cost you 17pence? You seem to deem the value of a mouse mat at something silly and cheap like this.
