I would have screened off the flash in the first shot so that it doesn't spill too much on to the wall to the right of the model (or burn it in LR). Maybe a touch of fill on the opposite side of the model as well, just to lessen the floaty eye effect (although that may be intentional). The processing is quite grungy, almost horror-esque. As for the second shot, not a fan of the huge empty space in the top left, tighter framing would have helped a lot more.
