Something like Duplicity for backup?

I'd like to backup my files to a cheap server(on the 'net), ideally I'd like to use something like Duplicity which does encrypted, incremental, backups. Since I'm using Windows I'm giving Duplicati a try but the development on that software looks a bit slow(latest version is a beta from July 2014). Any suggestions? Should I stick with Duplicati?

Should add that I'm not particularly keen on the mass market online backup companies, sometimes their clients aren't that great, other times they seem to suffer from congestion or throttling.
