I shoot a range of different formats and yesterday I did a shoot with Erin and used a few different formats

1st is digital with Canon 6D & 35L

2nd 1930's Speed Grapic large format 5x4 with some Ilford FP4 125 and processed at home by myself.

3rd Camera as above but using a Polaroid back and some out of date 1978 film.

Hope you like :)

love the last one, the contrast of the image and the floorboars just heightens the sense of the old and decayed!

I like the colours and the textures in the first one. The only thing I'd nitpick on is your subject isn't the brightest part of the scene (especially true in #3) to the point my attention is being dragged away.

For me the subject is the room as much as the girl hence why I did not want her to be to dominant ;)

Love the tones and textures of the first one. It does seem like something should be in the bright blank part of the wall as that is where my attention is drawn but there is nothing there, the room s interesting but the interest is everywhere but that highlighted part.

What would be cool is to put a large print, like the Polaroid in #3 in the wall.

Nice work, Willis :)

Love shooting Polaroid myself! Have you ever shot with 55/665 before?...it's beautiful stuff :)

Still waiting for the right project to come along to break out my 600SE and the batch of 665 I've stockpiled in my fridge.
