something strange with my monitor

I booted up my computer this afternoon, and writing and text and small pictures seem extremely blurry for some reason, anyone know what this is? Ive checked with in display settings etc but cant seem to find the problem, the resoultion (1440x900) is all correct and everything.

Anyone know the problem?

Look for/Install new driver

turn off

unplug vga / dvi cable

replug back in vga / dvi cable

turn on

see if that helps
