Hi all, take a look at this picture
BLmvs.jpg

I have a Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H. All I have done is increase the multiplier to 45, fair enough right?

Why then do I have 2 seperate voltage readings from Coretemp and CPUZ and further more why is my mobo increasing the voltage to such a dangerous level, presumably causing the incredible temperature. Could anyone with this mobo let me know which setting it is that causes the voltages to raise to this stupid levels automatically.

Previously I had attempted to manually set the voltage to 1.2, but at 4.5Ghz it wouldn't get past the splash logo which also seems weird as I've heard others say 1.2 was fine for 4.5Ghz.
Isn't 1.4v near enough to fry my chip?

Thanks for your time!
