Is this site either not loading at all or loading extremely slowly for anyone else?
It was fine up until a few minutes ago, now it's stuck on loading. All the 'is x down' sites seem to say it's still up but that's not the case on my end.

Strange... it's really struggling to load for me right now. I've emptied cache & cookies and restarted the computer, and that's not having any effect. Is it possible my ISP (Virgin) is just having issues with that particular website?

Somethingawful hasn't copied anything from 4chan in years (in fact, it's the other way around, thanks to Photoshop Phridays), and usually generates its own content. 4chan isn't any better than 9gag or reddit, two equally unoriginal and terrible websites.

It's back to normal for me now.
I have a hunch it's because of Virgin. I get really bad pings with them virtually all the time, but I'm stuck in a contract. Biggest mistake ever.

Ok great, but one is a forum filled with intelligent discussion, the other is an imageboard filled with photos of barely nude teenagers (and sometimes even younger), repetitive 'summerfag' posts and nazi imagery. 4chan is nowhere near the original and interesting site it once was. Just yesterday there was a thread by a paedophile pointing out how to access child porn via TOR. The images uploaded were clearly worksafe scenes before the acts involved. The site is a freakshow.
