Sometimes PC wont cold boot.

Hi,

Built the PC in sig and all is well and stable apart from 1 thing. Every now and again, when I turn the PC on, the fans spin and then nothing else happens (no display or beeps). Hitting reset makes the PC boot normally. I've checked the power and other connections and all are in tight. Any ideas?

and if that doesnt work then try a different power supply if possible.
