Ok guys I would appreciate some input on the cases I have narrowed myself down too.

Lian Li PC7B Plus2
Antec 900
TT Armor Junior

About $50 more for these two.
Antec P180
Antec P182

I am sure the Sonata 3 is good, very quiet but also a little hot, thats my problem with the Sonata 2.

I am going to buy a new case today but am still torn between the Lian Li, Antec 900 and Antec P182. I want excellent cooling as my computer den has no windows, so its gets rather hot.

I went with the Antec 900 in the end as cooling is very important and this case seems to be very good for that. I have added 2x120mm Noctua fans, one at the back instean of the Antec fan and one inside on the optional mount to cool my 8800GTS. All of the case fans are set to low and the cpu is idling at 39c, in my Sonata it was 49c so I would say that this is a definate improvement.

terrible choice, you will be after another case within a year* :o

*speaks from experience with other, terribly tacky cases

The Antec 900 is a great case.

2x Antec blue fans in the front set to low
1x Akasa Ultra Quiet on the back
1x Akasa Ultra Quiet on the side
1x Akasa Ultra Quiet on a BigTyp120
1x Antec 200mm set to low.

Very quiet ~20db

Very cool! :)

With the Antec 900, is the optical drives on the front hidden by the mesh or do they pop out when you insert a drive? Because I quite fancy a 900, especially as it's fairly cheap, but I would like my drives to be hidden.
