Sondcard causes not to boot?

Hey. I just ordered this, it came this mourning. I just fitted it, booted into Windows fine, then it tries to find and install the device, but before it can finish I get a blue error screen and it shuts off.

I have a MSI Neo2 P35 Motherboard. Anyone got a clue to why this happens?

IRQ conflict i guess

either assign it it's own IRQ in the bios, or change the slot that it's in


mine didn't like being in a particular slot in my P35 board

I've tried it in the other slot, no luck I'm affraid.

How would I go about assigning it's own IRQ in BIOS? I've never done this, and don't have any knowledge on it.
