Songs about drowning

May I ask the original poster why they want a song about drowning ? Kind of worried now?

driving license…… drowning ….
It's for a playlist.

On my driving test in 1975 I was asked two questions and got them both wrong, I still passed :)

1) What do you have to look out for in the countryside?
I went through every farm animal and transportation I could think of without mentioning tractors :)

2) What is the registration of the lorry over there?
I tried my hardest, I know I got some of it right. When he told me what it was I said "I thought you were on about the lorry halfway up the street" :)
I also have to take a timed exam on a computer. It'll contain questions like "how many promilles is drunk driving?", "what's the human reaction time?", and "how many seconds/meters does the car move after you've braked on dry/wet/icy road?" as multiple choice questions. It'll also involve 30 photos where i have to answer yes or no to whether i have to give way for somebody at crossroads and whether or not this car is parked correctly.

Then i have to drive the drive where i might be expected to remember engine parts' and road signs' official names off the bat, though that concerns me way less than having to pay 40 per try for the computer exam.

It’s a bit ambiguous, but ‘Pyramid Song’ by Radiohead appears to be the story of someone who is passing to the next world after killing themselves by jumping in a river…

I jumped in the river and what did I see?

Black-eyed angels swam with me

A moon full of stars and astral cars

All the things I used to see

All my lovers were there with me

All my past and futures

And we all went to heaven in a little row boat

There was nothing to fear and nothing to doubt
