Did a stupid...dropped my A mount 70400G2, thought it was ok, but seen a crack in some of the metal outer casing.
Where's good to send these for repair? The Sony site started asking loads of questions to diagnose the fault....but I can see the crack lol,l and didn't seem to be able to get to the fault I have.
It seems to all be working ok and images are still sharp.
I've emailed LCE and will see what they say.
Another Sony authorised repair centre, said E mount only.
Insurance company want a quote before authorising any repair, never had to get a quote before for repair, do these normally cost?
