Sony Cyber-shot DSC-F828 + NY pics

hi,


i bought a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-F828 id say nearly a year ago, and have used it for a few holidays now, eg..NY twice and on both occasions, for instance going up to the top of the Empire State Building it causes the pictures to come out grainy , yet ground shots come out beautiful, im not a big fan of reading instruction (yes im a guy does anyone know how i can solve this problem so ALL my future pics come out nice .............AS YOU CAN SEE THE BOTTOM ONE is poor quality kinda grainy pixelly

iso speed

the iso of the 4th image ie the grainy one is 800,, the rest are 64,, this is where the grain comes from point and shoots even the 828 allways suffer anything over iso 200 ,,

i have a 828 (and previous 717 models) we still use it for hols ie 7x lens and 28mm wide all together but i have iso set to 64 never adjust it ,, you can get reasonable clean shots of motox and karting even using the iso 64

(so much easier than lugging round dslr and lenses)

try to keep it set around that,,(iso 64)
