Sony Ericsson user.. Keypad lock?

Hi,

I have got a k800i and a K850i (and also applies to W880i).. but i am having issues with locking the keypad. How do i enable keypad protection so that to unlock the keypad i have to enter a PIN number. (ie to prevent anyone else using my phone if foundor stolen)

It was easy enough to setup on my T610.. but cant find the option on these models.

Think they removed that feature in newer models (refer to your manual/PDF available on website).

But, alternative is Phone lock. Where if anyone tries to remove & change SIM card (which most thief's will do) it will ask for the unlock code

Unfortunetly tho that dosnt stop my misses reading my private text messages tho :mad:

Lol... I wonder how many petitioned them to remove that feature & they got it

But SE R&D department remove 'useful' features unnecessarily & its upsetting :mad:

Like my previous phone, K700i, had no ability to tell how much charge is remaining unlike the one now & very cheap K600 before that
