Sony HT-XT3 vs XT2 vs XT1?

Looking at a sound bar/base and the Sony's get good reviews. However can anyone explain why the 3 is twice as expensive as the 1, and why the 1 is still being sold yet the 2 has vanished?

Other than the 3 being more powerful they all look identical, so unless these a killer feature I will probably get the 1 and save some pennies.

Ive had the Sony HT-XT2 for a few months and it was good , then i upgraded up to the Sony HT-XT3 and it was such a step up from the Sony HT-XT2

The Sony HT-XT3 handles films much better and more bass too and even music sounds really good also , i am really happy with my Sony HT-XT3 and made the right choice . Still waiting for What Hi-Fi to do a review , i know they done a review on the Sony HT-XT2

I think Sony’s HT-XT3 one of the best soundbases money can buy

Well the Sony HT-XT3 is far better then the Sony HT-XT2 so yes

Cheapest UK is £325. The Italian rainforest has it at €329 which is quite a bit cheaper.
