Sony K790i and K800i

Anyone know of any release dates for these?

Need to get a mobile sorted in the next couple of weeks and like the look of the k790i (don't really need 3g).

If it's too long, i'll have to go for the k750i. Orange have a good deal on at the mo.

SE usually ship their new models May/June time, although I can't say if that's correct or not for the K790/800. I very much doubt you'll see it in the next few weeks though.

the new w810 is shipping in april.....was hoping for a similar date.

Network approval may slow that down though unless you're considering just buying it sim free.

like the look of the k790i (don't really need 3g).

They will likely be released at the same time, but also, I dont think the K790 will make it to these shores as its an EDGE phone rather than the 3G of the K800, i'd expect prices to be the same and also 3g is a faster internet connection, so at the same price, the K800 is a lot better. The K790 I think is reserved for the US etc.
