Sony NWA-3000 and Ubuntu

Hi

I have scoured the internet but there seems to be absolutley no way to get this thing working properly on Linux... Does anyone here know of a way as a last resort?

If not, I am forced to either go back and install Windows XP or sell it and buy something else :/

Is it possible and easy to install XP AFTER installing Ubuntu without trashing my Ubuntu installation?

Or I suppose as an alternative I could buy an Iriver/ Archos :/

there is no support for either linux or the mac for that sony device.

get an ipod will work without to much hassell in linux

or reflash an alterantive device with rockbox

reinstalling windows xp with trash grub your need to reinstall grub
