sony nwa battery problems

I was wondering if any fellow nwa owners could shed some light on a problem im having. The battery life stated on the nwa is 20 hours+ but as of yet I've not managed to get more than 11 hours out if it. How is the battery life on yours?

Its generally 192k or 320k.

Just another quick question if you dont mind. What bit rate do you use when you re-encode into ATRAC?
