Sony Pulse 3D Headset Question

I have been meaning to ask this question for a while as I cannot definitively find info about this.

I am using on PS5 and In games that have different listening modes is it best to use the Headphones option or the Surround Sound Option?

In my experience the games that officially support Pulse have a specific option highlighting it (Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart has TV, Headset, Pulse etc). For games that don't I always selected headphones tbh, do many even support surround sound?

I always select headphones if there is the option. Using the Pulse here.

Most have sound bar, tv speakers, headphones and surround sound. Maybe it’s just Sony titles that have the specific Pulse option.

Great thanks… I was not sure if that was more optimised for Stereo Headphones rather than the Pulse 3D.
