Sony TV just developed horizontal lines

Hi all. Ive got Sony 49" Bravia model No is KD 49XE8396 and yesterday 3 horizontal lines just appeared just below half way down the screen. Ive reset the TV, unplugged, ive turned it all off and cleaned/dusted, still there.

The lines are exactly the same as this.

Any ideas? thanks.

Yeah most big retailers tend to offer 5 year warranty. Where did you buy your TV from OP?

Get from likes of Richer Sounds (6 year) or John Lewis (5 year + Price Match) next time.

Went down the store this morning, seems its got a 5 year warranty. Sony are saying its a replacement job so happy days.
