Sony Vaio Help

Hi, I am looking to buy a second hand Sony Vaio, the model number is PCH 3D1M, however i can't find any reference online to this model. Could somebody please help me with the year of manufacture and what it is worth. the seller is looking for £100.

I thought I might have copied it wrong when I started looking and couldn't find anything, but I still couln't find the same spec with PCG-3D1M.

Radeon HD 3400
