Just got one of these and it seems to have a problem:
When you turn it on all the 3 LED's on stay on and nothing else happens. You can hear the hdd and dvd drive do something initially, then nothing.
The CPU fan doesn't spin either but the 3 green leds stay on.
I've searched google and not really found much.
I've tried swapping the ram about and checking the cpu fan but not sure what else to do.. not sure why the fan isn't spinning though. it's a VGN-FS315B
any ideas?
