Sony Vegas errors really slowing down progress :(

Hey guys, not sure about what to do with this one, Vegas is now struggling to render anything, either prerendering or final rendering. Giving me this message:

Having played around with the RAM settings, render settings and preview settings, restarting Vegas etc. I'm stumped?

I'm running it on an i7 with 6Gb of RAM and two 500Gb HDD's, shouldn't really be getting memory errors surely?

I've tried it at 0 but it still does it?

I never had this problem with my laptop (C2D 3Gb usable) or my other tower (X4 965, 4Gb)?
