Sony Vegas Pro 11 text problem

Hi.

I've created a new layer above the video and audio layer, and I've put title text from media generators, the problem is, for some reason, the text won't display on the video??

Any ideas?

Is the layer visible?

I use Premiere Pro, which has a layer visibility button next to the track name. I assume Vegas also has a button which hides/unhides a track.
