Agreed. The Z5 seems to do better in good lighting (for me anyway) but the low lighting is better for the IP6, especially the detail when zooming in.

It'll be interesting to see if the camera update in Nov for the Z5 that's being touted will improve things...

Ive been trying to keep up to date on this, but have we yet established that the only issue with the Z5 is the 4k and/or image stabilization causing the app to shut down?

Really impressed by the battery in this thing, So i fully charged and unplugged it at 8pm Monday night, Currently as i write this it is now at 8%.

With 3hours 30mins screen time on not majorly overworked, that included updates to various apps/some pictures at full 23MP/a little bit of gaming/texting/calls/whatsapp/and various other general tasks.

charged mine last night at around 20:00 currently its 14:36 and ive got 41%, ive took pictures played youtube videos messed around with 4k recording and general play last night ( i went to sleep at 2am)

got to 9.09 on the 4k sat recording nothing before it went, got just as hot as my old blade s6 not crazy hot... the warning came on at like 7mins

Yeh, It is most impressive so far, and love that i can fully charge it to 100% in a few hours

4g on? Took mine off at 7am this morning and after half a day listening to an audio book, I'm at 54%. So far it's a wee bit better than then iPhone 6. True I have been taking full advantage of the unlimited 4g data(for 3 months, it came with the contract). Suppose I'll get a better idea once I stop playing with it so much.

how are you finding the camera compared to the iphone 6?

To be fair I've not taken any pics yet. I went for the extra battery power plus micro sd. But I'll try and get round to taking pics soon and let you know.

Yeh with 4G on. But obviously the battery will perform better with a week or two break in

I'm contemplating getting the Premium - Does anyone know if the Samsung Adaptive fast charger works with these (Fast charges the handset) ?

I have a spare one laying around and don't want to buy another if this one works !

Generally good performance from the camera, great stabilisation and audio recoring is on par with the S6 (and much better than the G4 + iP6s). Macro focusing is off though and and struggles in low light.

So I have to disagree with DxO's ranking.

Well after that video I'm disappointed with the camera, that horrible cold cast on some of the pictures just puts me off, look like my z2 shots
