So the other day I added £15 to my wallet.. was planning on buying Mass Effect but the store has been down since so I couldn't buy it.

Today, I go to finally get it and despite having automation funding/renew or whatever it is called turned OFF, it has bought PSN+ 90 days for £11.99 without my consent, and I don't even want it! I had some 30 day trial, and it wasn't worth it. So why the heck are they taking money from my account without my consent, even though the settings are turned off?

Can I get my money back?? :mad:

If they've taken your money without consent then ofc you can get your money back just give them a call, however are you sure that you had automatic renewal turned of in your transaction management ?

Ohh and one last thing, why did you think PSN+ wasn't worth it, I've been more than impressed with it lately and it's even better now if you have a vita to.

I have them both turned off, because I remember the notice coming up when redeeming the trial. I canceled the auto renew in services and the auto funding just in case.

Dunno, none of the games they gave free during the trial were interesting to me, and I dont own a vita and dont plan to

Guess I will have to wait till monday to give them a call

i dont think you'l have much of a problem getting that refunded, i think Sony are pretty decent that way
