Anyone seen Sony's new action cams, the Sony HDR-AS10 and Sony HDR-AS15 (with WiFi) http://www.bhphotovideo.com/indepth...corders-combine-quality-optics-rugged-design?
Good points:
Bad points:
Anyway seems quite equally interesting and annoying in equal measures.
Wonder if GoPro will introduce a Hero3 this year?
Good points:
- The Exmor 16MP sensor sounds pretty good, and should have decent low-light capability
- A wealth of video options, including 120fps @ 720p
- Very small size an light weight
Bad points:
- No 60fps @ 1080p is a little dissappointing
- Not sure if still options are more limited than the GoPro?
- Price is higher than GoPro II (to be expected)
- No LCD screen as standard, have to buy an optional accessory
- No mountings as standard, have to buy optional accessories
Anyway seems quite equally interesting and annoying in equal measures.
