Yup - A USB2 "xx in 1" card reader. xx=any number from 10 to 30 these days.
These readers will take every card format (just make sure the one you buy does accept the Sony memorystick used in your phone) and shouldn't cost you more than about £5 - £8.

Drag & drop your files onto the memory stick reader as you would a HD and then let the USB2 transfer rate do the whole lot in seconds.
