It hasn't been reviewed yet, it may turn out to be rubbish so AAA not confirmed! (BIG pinch of salt) Talking of Halo 3 reviews, it's out soon, where are they?
Give it a chance its still 12 days away and if I remember correctly the reviewers will receive it only a couple days before launch (21st or 22nd I think)
And if Halo 2 can get 95%, 9/10 etc Im sure Halo 3 with all its improvements and added features will go even further
