Is it just me or does anyone else think sonys adverts are really poor? The psp advert could possibly be the worst console ad ever.

Not only is it extreemly annoying so much so that I had to mute the tv but it's boring, black and white and dustballs? I mean wtf do they have to do with anything gaming related? After watching the advert if I had not known about the psp console before I would certainly not know anything about it after. The adverts always show no game footage or console information, and if I find it dull the even younger gamers must find it boring as well, I can't think of anyone it could appeal to.

I think sonys marketing people really need to get their act together for the ps3, they are idiots as even I could put something together better than that.
 
The only PS3 advert I have seen, I thought was utter toilet. Consisted of some random kids fooling around on rooftops looking at the sky, proper dangerous...
I thought the PSP adverts with the dustballs were actually quite funny. PSP, it's like carpet but oustide, or something similar...
Still, I think Sony's adverts are poor in comparison with Microsofts, marketing is everything! I don't think Sony should be relying on word of mouth for the PS3, it's been delayed far too long to do that!

Edit: Oh my god, just saw a horrible PS3 advert on 1up show! It involved a crying baby doll and a PS3 in a white room, it was awful!

i thought you were talking about the adverts for Sony's TVs and i was going to say that they're awesome! but it's quite clear that you're not now. so i'll shut up.
