Hi Ben Lee, I honestly can't say I have any idea what "SophosSAUDEL" is. I typed it in Google but it didn't come up with anything. 
As Raikiri said though, it is anything to do with Anti-Virus software?
You are obviously new so Welcome to the forums. Make sure you read the FAQ and I'm sure you will get on fine. I will also say, be careful about making duplicate threads about the same topic, you should only really create one thread per topic in whichever section it is suited the most. So, please don't be alarmed if you other thread gets closed.
