Sorry - Another new build spec

Im looking to upgrade my aging system with something new and fancy but I only need the following:

Motherboard
Processor
Graphics Card
RAM

I have no idea whats hot and whats not hence the lack of "I thought I might get this, what do you think?".

Budget of £550-600.

Would that run the likes of Armed Assualt, CoH, FSx etc on high settings and possibly Crysis?

Would be 1680 x 1050. Lovely monitor already

Think the PSU is a cheapo 400w job so Im guessing i'd need a new one. Didn't think about that.
