Sorry another Temp question

I have an core i7 930 on a asus p6td delux with H50 cooler push pull intake and AS5 TIM.

Room temp 20 degrees

I am overclocked at 3.5ghz my idle temps are 35 and prime load 75.

These temps are from coretemp with the tj max 100

Does this sound right. I thought it was abit high. I wanted to get to 4ghz but i dont think i can with these temps

Any advice apreciated

What vcore are you using, and have you pushed the overclock to its stable limit relating to vcore.

Upload a cpu-z shot, it would be more useful.

As above use CPU-Z to find out your CPU Vcore under 100% load them lower it slowly and test for stability as you do. The lower you get your CPU Vcore for 3.5GHz, the lower your temp's will be, giving you room too overclock a bit higher.

Most i7s will do that at 1.2v or lower in my experience (6 920s and 2 930s and a 950 so far)
