lol... i will ellaborate on Skyboats answer.
Pod2g (google him) has tweeted recently that JB for 5.1.1 on Ipad3 and iPhone4s will be in the coming weeks. Dinozambas2 on youtube will upload videos as and when this happens.
I would reccomend saving SHSH files (look at dinozambas2's recent video on how to do) as if you upgrade by mistake after the JB comes out you will be able to downgrade. If you dont then you will get your iPad back to stock again.
Keep checking here or Dino's youtube as it will be anytime in the next 2 weeks.
