ok i have a Q6600.
Had it running at 3300mhz stable.
No i'm not sad could have gone to three new years eve parties tonight. , but didnt want to go without the wife , who has to work tonight.
So i thought i would put the cpu speed back to stock and see how LOW i could get the voltage before it fell over running prime or intel burn test.
Stock voltage was 1.27500v
got it running prime an burn test at 1.11875v.
Helps the cooling out a bit as well.
Hitting between 28-30c idle in a 21c room.
Has anyone else tried this.:)
