the latest stacker is the 830 yea? and the one you have is good yea?

Also does anyone know if a thermaltake purepower 680w would fit into it? sorry forgot to ask that in last post

It will, but get the 600w one if anything. Check the website the specs are EXACTLY the same. Both have a combined 52amps on the mos t inportant 12v rail.

sorry for sort of hijacking the thread, i tried pming but it wouldnt work.

Cheers Raikiri, just noticed that. I dunno how to tell which psu's are good from their specs etc, have you got any links to information on how to understand psu stats. cheers.

I think there is a PSU guide over at XS. Not sure though. The thermaltake should be fine, saw a review of one alongside the higher rated version of my PSU and it was almost as good.

no it doesnt not at all, no offense but when people post good comments why you always post in the negative?

-Neoni.

btw very nice looking mate :) i like big sturdy cases.

what on blazes are you talking about Neon. am i the only person who doesnt like stackers? You bet your arse im not. This is a discussion forum you ninny. Not everybody has the same opinion:) and i dont know where you get this 'always' from anyway. The case IMO only, looks cheap. Its very versatile, but looks cheap. If you dont like that, dont bother quoting me.

Looks good mate, i was thinking of getting a stacker myself at one point but then i found a case that suited me better. One of the things i dont like about the stacker is the usb slots at the top, i hate seeing things like that on the front of a case, is there not a cover or anything with it?. BTW im another case door hater, my first case had a door and the amount of times a cd would eject and the door was closed  .

You can't cover the USB stuff to my knowledge, though you could probably mod it. However, you can move it up and down into different slots. You could completely remove it if you really wanted... but you would have to get a new power switch :p

how on earth did u guys get the front covers off?? took me ages to take em off, so hard to take off im scared that i mite break em 0.o
Yeah the front covers are one of the few downsides of this case. For example I need to move one of my Drives so I can get my fingers behind the grills to push em out. I don't know if there is an esiaer way to do this - if there is I'd like to hear it ;)

I generally take the side panel off, and pop em out from the inside.
