Sorting Music

I thought I would sort out my hard drives so I created a partition on my second hard drive just for mp3's. I have all of my mp3's in folders but now I can't arrange icons by Modified anymore!! The only options I get are to arrange by Name/Size/Type/Artist/Album Title/Year/Track Number or Duration.

Before I put them on their own partition I used to be able to arrange by modified, is there a way to get this option back?

Are you sure? In any explorer window the menus are the same, View > Choose Details and then tick the tabs you want to appear. It's underneath Arrange Icons By.

Set detail view then click the title bar where the Name>Size>Type> e.t.c is shown and choose which categories you'd like.

Got it working now, thanks (I was choosing View/Details from the right click menu

).
