Souncard for Z-5500?

Hi, I'm planning on getting a set of Z-5500s and i want to get a souncard that will do them justice, as I think the generic onboard ac'97 will not cut it. Don't want to spend loads on a soundcard though.

I'm thinking X-fi Xtreme Audio, not sure if it has a fully fledged audio processor like the higher end cards though?

It has the EAX support for games...the XtremeAudio doesn't. (you might be able to score a used XtremeMusic or XtremeGamer if you look around)
