For £60? Maybe something like this 
At that low budget you should probably hang back and see if you can grab a bargain in the January sales as you're not going to get anything that's much better than the TV's speakers for £60.
If you've got outputs that can go to RCA then a cheap pair of bookshelf speakers like these is a decent alternative if you can't wait as soundbars at that price are crap https://www.overclockers.co.uk/edifier-studio-980t-2.0-speakers-24w-sp-021-er.html
