Sound Blaster LED mod

Just thought I'd add this, any-one with a Sound Blaster Z changing the LED bulbs to a colour of your choice looks like this....
Easy enough to do with a soldering iron and a steady hand.

Looking good but I cut my led lights off as I hate them on all the time.

I used black tape to cover them up.

what LED did you use.

I used 5mm LED Diodes Clear Lens, very cheap on ebay.

Quite a few places you can get some i.e amazon and farnell as well.

Its beyond me why they didn't just let you toggle them in the software. Anyway great job OP looks much better
