Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 +external headphone/mic connectors

Is it possible to connect external headphone and microphone connectors (e.g. built-in at the front i/o panel of a case) to this card? (rather than using the connectors at the back of the card itself)

Nocando - headphones need to be plugged in easily when needed - front of case only. Let's continue this in DutchSchaeffer's thread:

Yes. I have an extension cable, but i want to use the front plugs in my case.
