Had this set for a while (the wife's) and they've been sooo good. She's nothing like an audiophile but they tick every box for her.
Unfortunately she's managed to bust the receiver. Spoke to creative, they want £42 for a replacement. It's about... £10 worth of electrics in a cheap plastic housing with a USB plug sticking out so that offers been taken as offensive.
Is anyone aware of anything else that can talk to these headphones? The electrics are still... ok too, just the usb plug is bust off along with the contacts on the PCB for it (still chance I might be able to track another point to solder the wire from a USB plug I guess) so if there's anyone who happens to be better at electronics who could assist that'd be quite awesome.
