Sound card advice.

Hi Chaps,
I'm looking for a sound card, I dont play many games but I do use my pc to play films an my plasma screen in my living room so I need an optical (toslink) out to feed my av amp.

The rest of the time its just general use mostly music some games.

Any suggestions?

would the x-meridian suit all your needs. I just went from a x-fi to the meridian and am a very happy bunny
