Just brought these two:



MB-061-GI Gigabyte GA_965P_DS3 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard (MB-061-GI)


SC-040-CL Creative Sound Blaster Audigy SE 7.1 Sound Card - OEM

Does anyone know if they work together?
 
Yes it will fit because it is a PCI soundcard and there are 3 PCI slots on the motherboard, confirmation here, Dr_Evil is right though, normally a better idea to check before you buy.

The soundcard probably isn't that much better(if any) than the onboard sound will be so I'm not sure how much point there is in getting it :)
