Sound card driver

Just gone back from Win 7 to Vista Ultimate 64-bit due to some of my logitech products not liking windows 7.

Got to install my Sound Card Driver (Asus Xonar D2X).

Is it best to install from the driver disc and then update from web or just install straight from web?

Whichever is newest first, probably web

Always found there were no issues downloading the newest file from the web and installing it on my ASUS XONAR DX, also quicker.

Web will always be up to date. Just out of interest, which Logitech things did not get on with W7?
