Sound Card front audio panel

hi there, the Front panel audio cables in my PC7+ don't reach the connectors on my Motherboard so i was wondering if sound cards come with the pins/connectors to connect the front audio panel leads into? In specific this one.. http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=SC-040-CL

i think its got a socket in it to plug a front bay into, not a deffinate answer tho, i have the card, its pretty good, although my realtek HD onboard audio was almost as good before i bought this.

It's quite annoying onboard audio has the front panel audio inputs/outputs but proper soundcards lack them, or they're in a different pin arrangment.
